1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, using, or submitting information through the Econa AI website at econa.ai or any related pages, forms, content, or services we make available (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Econa AI provides an AI economic accountability platform and related marketing, informational, demo, newsletter, and contact experiences. These Terms apply to the website, marketing pages, forms, and related communications. Any software platform access, APIs, or enterprise services may also be governed by a separate commercial agreement.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.

The Econa AI name, logo, and product names, including Foundation, Sentinel AI, Outcomes, and Economics, are trademarks of Econa AI. Except as expressly allowed by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit our content.

7. Platform Access

Access to the Econa AI software platform, APIs, or enterprise offerings may be subject to separate agreements. These Terms apply to general website use and do not replace or modify any separate agreement between Econa AI and your organization.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, forms, processors, analytics platforms, advertising networks, CRM tools, and other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECONA AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms
